Synopsis

“Blink”

Look at the light in your room or the sun outside. Close your eyes, listen. Within a blink are lights, music, silhouettes and spaces in the dark. Three installations across two rooms and an island explore the richness of seeing and hearing in a virtual world.

“Garden Electric”

Glowing organics of the underwater world have a life of their own. The art and soundtrack, inspired by the shapes and motion of the watery world, blend an alien twist of the electric light, organic-geometric hybrid and sci-fi sounds one encounters.

“What the Heck Happened to Blink?” (A Closing Event)

A concert, a video, and wearable art donned by viewers; then, in the “blink” of an eye the art and even the very island itself suddenly disappear. Avatars find themselves floating, surprised in darkness, over an empty ocean with only the sounds of wind and waves.
